Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for EasyRating (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing any plan on EasyRating, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. One-Time Payment Model

EasyRating offers a one-time payment model that provides lifetime access to the purchased plan. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions unless explicitly stated.

2. Cancellation Window

Users may request a cancellation within 2 days (48 hours) from the time of purchase.

Cancellation requests can be initiated using either of the following methods:

  • From the Feedback section in the user dashboard by selecting “Cancellation & Refund” and submitting a reason
  • By emailing us from the registered email address associated with the EasyRating account

3. Refund Eligibility

  • The request must be submitted within the 2-day window
  • Email-based requests must be sent from the registered email address
  • A valid reason for cancellation must be provided
  • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases

Requests that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase via Razorpay.

Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing timelines.

5. Access After Cancellation

Once a cancellation and refund are approved, access to the EasyRating platform and associated features may be revoked.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Requests made after the 2-day cancellation window
  • Failure to provide a valid reason for cancellation
  • Requests from an unregistered or unverifiable email address
  • Misuse, abuse, or violation of EasyRating’s Terms of Service

7. Changes to This Policy

EasyRating reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
