• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Service Description

EasyRating provides tools to collect customer ratings and feedback using public business links and QR codes. The platform is provided “as is” and may evolve over time.

4. Payments & Pricing

• All payments are one-time unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• No refunds are offered once payment is completed

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
• Attempt to manipulate or falsify ratings or feedback
• Reverse engineer or abuse system functionality
• Interfere with platform security or stability

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content submitted through your account, including business details and customer interactions.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal and usage-related data. By using EasyRating, you consent to data handling as described there.

8. Analytics & Usage Data

EasyRating uses analytics and monitoring tools to understand how the platform is used and to improve performance, security, and user experience.

• Google Search Console for search performance and indexing insights
• Vercel Analytics for application performance and traffic analysis
• Optional session or interaction analytics tools (such as Microsoft Clarity) for usability improvements

These tools may collect non-personal, aggregated usage data such as page views, device type, and interaction metrics. EasyRating does not sell user data to third parties.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyRating shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
